a. The Seller’s policy is to dispatch goods ordered before 1pm on the same day for next day delivery. Normal delivery days are Monday to Friday. ie. An order received Monday after 1pm will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. This can vary subject to stock availability.
b. Delivery is a standard door to door service. Pallet deliveries are kerbside. .
d. Areas including Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland may take up to two working days.
The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
i. Orders with a net value of £100 or over will be sent carriage free†. Free delivery over £100 does not apply to orders where a promotional discount has been applied.
ii. Orders will be dispatched via our preferred courier service at a charge of £5.99 per order under £50.
iii. Please allow an extra two days for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
f. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. If no-one is available at the address at time of delivery then the parcel will be returned to the depot unless special instructions were given at the time of order.
g. Extra handling charge may be incurred for re-dispatched parcels.
h. Heduc8 Hair & Beauty Supplies can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery.
i. Heduc8 Hair & Beauty Supplies is not liable for delayed, missing or damaged parcels/contents if a delivery signature has not been obtained where the parcel has been left in a designated safe place at your request. If you choose to have your order delivered to a location you deem as ‘safe’ then the liability transfers to you.
j. Neither the Seller, nor their nominated carrier will accept claims for consequential losses due to late delivery.
For hygiene purposes and the benefit of our customers, the following items cannot be refunded:
- Any sealed product which has been opened or unsealed
- Manicure and pedicure tools, cosmetics, hairbrushes and combs
- Scissors and blades, ear piercing supplies and hair colours or any other chemical products
When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, the company may agree to their return on the following conditions:
The item must be in perfect condition and returned in original packaging carton.
It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return carriage and to ensure that the returned goods are adequately packed to avoid damage in transit. Goods returned not in original packaging and in poor condition will not be refunded.
A request must be made to the Company within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Any refunds given for returned goods will be subject to a handling charge of £5.00 per item/order, or 10% of the value, whichever is the greater. No refunds will be made in respect of carriage charges levied on the original order.
No returned goods will be accepted unless a Returns Authorisation has been given. The appropriate reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation.
We strongly recommend that proof of posting/ dispatch and appropriate insurance are obtained by the customer. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged parcels in transit to us. Under the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, no refund will be made.
Collections can be arranged via our carrier at a cost of £12.99 per parcel. Call for a quotation for returns of bulky items such as furniture or equipment. If you are returning an item via a store, please take your Returns Authorisation with you. For details of your nearest store please click here. Certain items cannot be returned to store i.e. couches, large items of furniture and equipment. Refunds on special ordered items cannot be given unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered.
If you think an item is faulty please contact us for advice before returning the item. Faulty items must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Any faulty goods returned within 14 days of purchase with minimal wear and accompanied by a proof of purchase will be exchanged for an identical item or refund. Any faulty goods returned more than 14 days from purchase and accompanied by a proof of purchase may be sent for repair or replaced or refunded at our discretion. Where a fault or the cause of a fault is not apparent we reserve the right to send the item for testing before deciding on any action to be taken. This should take no longer than 10 working days, depending on the item.
Goods which are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable, unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal conditions.
